Ethical Standards for Authors
Authors publishing in the Journal of Neuroscience and Neurological Disorders (JNND) must adhere to strict ethical standards to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability in scholarly communication. These standards are aligned with COPE and ICMJE guidelines.
Originality and Plagiarism
- Manuscripts must represent original work and must not be under review elsewhere.
- Plagiarism in any form—including self-plagiarism, data duplication, or image manipulation—is strictly prohibited.
- All submissions are screened with plagiarism detection software.
Authorship Criteria
Authorship must be based on substantial contributions. All authors should have participated in:
- Study conception and design
- Data acquisition, analysis, or interpretation
- Drafting or revising the manuscript critically
- Final approval of the published version
Contributors not meeting authorship criteria should be listed in Acknowledgments.
Data Integrity
- Authors must ensure accuracy and validity of reported data.

Conflict of Interest
